Q:  How can I place an order?
A:  To place an order first choose product which you want to buy and click on the Next link. This link will lead you to the order form page fill out the order form and press button (Go to Secure Payment) a new page will open, this page will show the detail of your order (with a job id which will helpful to view your order status) click on Check Out Button to go to Secure Transaction put your credit card info.

Note:
Some clients say that they can provide their credit card information to discountdesigning, but discountdesigning denies taking client’s credit card information, so please place your order by yourself.

Q:  How do I provide the image files (graphics, backgrounds and logo’s)?
A:  You can simply send us your images, backrounds, graphics at support@discountdesigning.com.
Q:  Are there any additional costs of modifying Images?
A:  There are no such additional costs at discount designing. Feel free to modify your graphics, as you like.
Q:  What kind of Graphic files can I use?
A:  You can use the following file formats for logo / images on-line: bmp, jpg and gif. Files larger than 2.0 Megabytes will not be uploaded.
Q:  What should be the resolution for my graphics?
A:  Your image files Resolution should be 300 dpi for best printing results. In case of unavailability of such an image, our graphic designers can help you with the enhancement of your image, free of cost!
Q:  How do I verify my order?
A:  After completed order process you'll receive an e-mail regarding confirmation of your order.
Q:  What forms of payment are acceptable?
A:  We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex and Discovery Cards. Also Personal checks and Business checks are accepted.
Q:  Is there a mechanism for Order Tacking?
A:  Once your order has been placed our order management system allows you to track it through all processing stages.
Q:  What are the odds for an unsatisfactory product?
A:  In case of a mistake on our behalf we will redesign your job with no extra cost.
Q:  What will be the duration for order delivery?
A:  Design services: It will take 24 to 72 hours and printing depend on package, quantity etc..
Q:  Do I have to create an order every time I visit?
A:  You can view all your work and previous orders from the “Your saved work” option. Your ‘saved work’ will remain with us for 2 weeks, where as there is no such limitation for your ‘ordered work’.
